Oh ouch! 9 days in a I KNOW you don’t like it one little bit. But if you just hold on for a bit (one minute, one hour, one day at a time) and just breathe, just eat too much, sleep too much, scream and cry if you need to then I promise you will begin to like it and before you know it, you will even begin to love it. I was chained to that insidious addiction from age 15 to 40, that’s 25 whole years of my life. I have been free for 5 years and 3 months now. I promise this will probably be one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. I also promise it will be one of the best things you will ever do for yourself. You can do this! I used this site (co.quitnet.com) and it helped so much. It may seem corny but asking for help and advice from folks who have been there will make your journey just a bit easier. Hugs to you, Diana
